One of my Japanese style dishes with an Indian flair!
Ingredients:
3 boneless “fast fry” pork cutlets
1cup flour
2 beaten eggs for eggwash
1cup panko breadcrumbs
3/4 cup frying oil
1cup rice+1cup water and 1tbsp soy sauce
1 packet favourite curry sauce
Recipe:
1-preheat your oil in a large pan
2-cook your rice for 7 minutes (cook too long and it gets clumpy!)
3-flour+egg+crumb your pork cutlets then fry until each side is golden brown
4-slice your cutlets and serve with your rice and curry sauce
5-enjoy!
