Oh WOW, this is hands down one of the best tf animations I've ever seen! The smoothness and pacing are incredible and really emphasize the steady spread of the latex/rubber; the eyes getting hypnotized one at a time combined with the grabbing of that beak before it grows out are absolutely priceless, as is seeing the big silly grin on that beak as Panchito takes over. The toony tail feathers bursting free the moment Panchito's pants form is also a fantastic detail. This is easily an 11/10 animation, and it makes me wish to find Jose Carioca's hat and put it on to experience a similar transformation myself!
I really enjoyed getting to see you draw this and add more layers of shininess to this TF and it kept getting better and better each time. The hypno eyes swelling up combined with the mental changes setting in is definitely my favorite part. You are a really incredible artist and I love the artwork that you have created.
