So this is a character design I was very graciously given by
KeilidhBee, all of the love in the world to her for that. It was so fun to color and is a beautiful design.
Tis a shame I destroyed it with all those spots. I'm really bad at designing spotted characters so I knew I was going to have trouble with her spots from the get go. Do not take them terribly seriously here. This was more of a general concept image for the character as a whole (wasn't even going to make it a she, originally. had plans to make it a dude up until... maybe an hour ago), and the spots were just added to see if they'd work visually.
Not sure they do. Will have to do more studies of her to figure out where I can put those spots without causing too much visual dissonance.
Also might dye her hair a funky color. Because why the hell not. In my mind, she's some sort of punk-style rock star so odd or crazy hair seems appropriate. Only one of the many wrinkles and bugs I need to work out of her design/concept. She doesn't even have a name. I've just been calling her Jag... because she's a Jaguar. Herp derp so creative, I know.
Might name her Lettie. Still on the look out for a better option though. Lettie sounds to... cute, almost. This is an unfortunately nasty character. Like Paige if she had no morals. Very sexual, flirty, will likely have a very revealing wardrobe once I reach that point (this crappy outfit will NOT be in it), I'm trying to make her a little more feminine than my comfort zone usually allows. Kind of failed on this pass but it will take some practice I bet.

Pretty neat, I like some of the spot placement, the ones near the eye are pretty nifty. The arm ones maybe can be more spaced, they look like they're following the color lines in my opinion. I like the sorta, Hey, I'm here now watchu gonna do bout' it? Look she's got too.
Haha I'd applaud going out of your comfort zone and designing a character you normally wouldn't -- or at least, clothing-wise. No good in just having a gallery full of very similar characters :U
I think te design looks .. okay for right now. Does need a bit of ironing out here an' there, but overall nice concept work

She reminds me of one of my characters, Paola, with the chocolatey colors... of course, you did a very interesting pattern with them and the character is very very nice.
