In an attempt to un-big my back after having a little crisis on the scale (I'm literally the heaviest I've ever been so far) I've decided to really cut back on energy drinks. I could easily throw back 5 or 6 normal sized cans a day, but considering heart problems run in the family I'm not looking to die as young as my mom lol

Slowly weaning myself off for now. Only had one full sugar one on the 1st of january (had it laying around and felt it was wasteful to just throw it out) and the rest of the days until now I've only had one, MAYBE two sugarfree ones each day. Once the weekend hits I'll try to stop those, too.
