It had been three years since Tommy's mother die. And without fail, every year, the whole family would gather at the cemetery, to talk and cry.
Even Ricky, as a good friend he is, was also there!
In the silence that reigned there, Tommy wanted to recite a little poem, dedicated to his mom!
Tommy:"I know, mom, you're not any more with us. There in heaven, I know you're happy!
I miss you so much ... but I know you live in my heart and in the hearts of my family!
Three years have passed, but I remember you,like it was yesterday ...
The poem reads as follows:
In my arms I held you tight
Through the hardest part of life
In my heart the memories clear
Of the greatest mum I love so dear
I held you so close to my heart
Praying that we'll never part
But angels came and took you away
And a tear I shed for your everyday
Now a shining lit up star
My mum will watch from up far
In all the pain I'm going through
Just remember, I'm here with you
Mom ... I'll still love you... forever ..."
At the end of Tommy speech, they all hugged each other for a long time ...
This drawing is one of the most personal I have ever done.
In my real life, it's been three years since my dad died ...

Its sad that Tommy's mom died so early in Tommy's life.
I feel no kid should hvae to expirience the death of someone so early in their life! Espeacially someone as close as a mother,father,brother,sister,and other close members of the family. Just not fair at all.
Nothing ever preparded me for the shock of losing my Dad so early in my life.
Death is not cool at all!
Freddy I know you had more time with your dad than I did mine. So I know losing your dad is a little tougher on you too. *hugs you*
Like you said,our loved ones are in our hearts! As we are of our parents who came together to make us...so we are them! I'm shocked that I become an exact duplicate of my father,with a little of my mother thrown in!
I know that this is a question,have you wanted to draw your father? I know I cry every time I draw mine's as bear! Very touchy and fun as well as drawing my family and friends as animals!

I'm just glad I met most of you! Some of you took interest in me and I took interest in you! I'm glad some of you give me a "view" of what goes on in your life as well as I give you a "view" in mine's!
Are just cut loose and have fun sharing your imagination through all forms of art,both real or fantasy!

I'm always happy to cheer anybody up! Thanks for enjoying my humor even though it may not be apropiate at times like this! But yeah,I know what its like to went through what you and Tommy just went through. I just like you to know things like this,doesn't only happen to you! Sounds kinda selfish don't it?! I'm still get mixed up on issues like this.
Offer of understand and help is what this world always need! I'm glad that you and others help bring a smile back to my face too! I try my best to be that way too!
