I made this. It is made of foam, fleece and awesome. He fits up to 24" with glasses and the moving jaw is more responsive on larger people. Fleece gloves fit men's small/med and the tail attached via two loops. His upper muzzle is hollow so we can add a fan at your request (or not, it's got great ventilation as-is).
Can provide red/yellow/black scraps if you want to make additional parts by yourself.
