I've made sausage. Family sausage factory in Norway, my great uncle had me make a small batch. Pork, cream, spices. Mixed well in a huge mixer the pumped into a long casing, crimped - link sausage. Went into huge smoker. Got to eat some and took the rest back to grandma. I'd rather be a master butcher than a politician.
