Ended up doodling some designs for Sin-ful-lincubuse's "Mtech" corporation inside the Victory Vixen setting created by 
ChaosCroc, beeecause I am forever weak for officewear and women in sleek suits... aaand because his canadian- er, Granadian? fox Monty is a hottie.

...but in brief, she's a very long-lived woman from Golus's neolithic era whose encounter with a crashed mothership led her to become infused with nanobots that curtailed her aging process (and unbeknownst to her at the time, becoming something of a cyborg), allowing her to experience the growth of fauna over years of strife & revolutions while herself learning secrets of alchemy & technopathy. In the modern age, that knowledge (and her study of the nanobots inside her body) would lead her to found the advanced robotics corporation Mtech that she runs to this day. Monty's gained and lost loved ones, including a dashing secret agent whom she would have a daughter with (seen here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/62561291/)- though her husband seemingly died on a mission, we all know how comics go right? It's likely he'll show up again in some shape or form.
As for her company, Mtech develops both electronics (like the 'Marathon' athletic smartwatch, 'Monolith' desktop computers & 'Modus' mobile phones) and robotics + weapons for the Mercian/Granadian military, with support gear for superheroes as an occasional side hustle. Workers at the company tend to have a retro-futurism aesthetic to their uniforms & operate with an efficiency almost bordering on robotic- buuut if you want REAL robots, look for the 'Maple Lees' in shiny dresses & scouters who often draw attention at any Mtech event. You didn't hear it from me, but word on the street is that a lot of the Lees resemble ex-convicts and death row inmates...
(I'd wager that Nanosynth still holds market dominance for Mercian consumer tech, even with how eccentric their CEO Ms. Naomi Detrix can be. Buuut Connell's among a few who swear by Monty's inventions.)

...huh. Y'know, I've never heard of the franchise until now but that is a shocking coincidence, to have another fictional 'Mtech' that's also Canadian-based like Sin-ful-lincubuse (AKA Shinylamp)'s.
I asked Lamp over Discord and he says the 'M' was the closest sound to Monty's original tribe name, so the corporation is named after them, sooo it seems to have been pure coincidence. But what a coincidence that is XD
