There was no time left to even look for another way out. Circuit got right on top of this goat and hogtied his arms and legs behind his back. With some extra rope left, she threw it over a rafter and hoisted the goat off the ground. She then tied it off on one of the goat’s horns and started writing something on a piece of paper. Torrent and Angel had a bit of an easier time tying down the henchman when they saw their boss being bound in a humiliating way.



Copeland was still rather weak and struggling to get up, then it was made much worse by arms wrapping around him, “Copeland, You’re alive!” 

“Stop, you’ll kill me again!” Copeland screamed out, and Marshal let go of her again, “Jeeze, I just got shot, what were you thinking?” 

“Sorry, I’m sorry.” Marshal scooted back, “It’s just, I thought you were dead. Do you have any idea how scary that is?” 

Copeland paused, just a moment of reflection, “Yeah… I get it, and I think I was. That really hurt… But.. that’s why I still do this..” She said that, then looked to her friends, “And that’s why we’re better than they are.” 



Devon tried to walk over and join them, but she ended up crawling across the floor as she was wheezing. Copeland forced herself up and tried to walk over, but Angel ran over to her too. 

“She’s going to need a hospital.” She said, “If she was injected with that stuff, it may be serious.” 

“Do we really want to divide and conquer again?” Tiger Eyes said, “It’s sort of a risk after last time. Not to mention keeping a watch on them.”



Circuit Grit had finished positioning the goat like a chandelier, she then turned to the others, “So long as the others are tied up, we won’t have to be here long.” 

“Good, let’s get her out of here.” Copeland said, “We can get Devon to a hospital to be looked over.” She tried to get up and dropped on her knees. 

“You’ll be going somewhere to rest.” Circuit lifted up Copeland and got under her arm. “You seem to still be recovering.” 

“What about Devon?” Marshal shouted, “She was injected with that stuff, and she seems already getting real bad.” 

“I’ll take them.” Tiger Eyes said, “I know the way there, easily. I just want someone to watch my back.” 

Circuit nodded, but then Angel stepped up, “I’ve got their back.” She said, “Just get out of here. I’ll be the eyes in the sky.”
