The part of my TOS that relates directly to Bases:
The buyer receives full rights to use the character for personal use, including art, roleplay, and writing.
Design edits and full coloring are allowed but depicting nothing hateful.
If part of the original art is not visible (such as under clothes, behind the character), the buyer is welcome to devise what is there.
If NSFW details are not included in my original art, the buyer is encouraged to contrive what they will.
The credit "Base by Natakate" must be visible and legible on the image despite edits. It can be moved anywhere on the image to suit the buyer's needs.
Resale of the base or uploading/posting unedited base is not allowed.
Sale of a fully altered/colored base is allowed so long as above credit remains.
