Poor victim (you! 😨, yes, you)... imagine trying to defend yourself against a bully with toon force (He can manipulate reality at will; he's nigh omnipotent).
You know what they say tho: "if you want to win against a toon, you gotta weaponize their toon logic against them.", which can be really hard to do, considering Javert can easily outsmart anyone, but not impossible (he has like Bugs Bunny's level of toon force
or Yoyo Dodo's).
