The Official Perfpals Species SheetPerfpals are fantasy creatures sewn together with magical thread. Each perfpal has their own patch and scent tag. Without those two things, they cannot be considered a Perfpal.
A perfpal’s patch is its lifesource. Magic supplied by the patch flows through the entire body giving the perfpal life. If one were to remove said patch, the perfpal would pass away. The scent-tag attached to the perfpal’s ear keeps the magic in control. If a perfpal’s scent-tag is ripped off, the magic overloads the body turning the perfpal into a wereperf.
Perfpals have a leporidae head, odocoileus legs, and intelligence that sometimes surpasses that of a human-being. They are not just a hybird of rabbits and deer, they are plush creatures with multiple unique traits to them. These are just the two real world influences for their body's anatomy.
Their stuffing can change depending on what thread they were sewn together with. If a perfpal does not have a specific thread sewn into them, they are filled with polyester, beads, cotton, or foam. Their hooves are an exception to this, as they have a flat plastic on the bottom giving them the weight to not be blown-away in the wind.
The entire perfpal is scented, and you can usually get a good-hint as to what that scent is by looking at their scent-tag. Perfpals can be scented absolutely anything.
