A closer look to Hayato's deal. An attentive barman with cannibalistic tendencies did catch the vampire's attention. The hybrid enjoys being submissive, and what's a greater honor than being the servant of an --almost-- godlike being? Hayato's bar attracts all sort of gossip and lost sheep, which offers his master intel and a casual snack --though he very much loves being bitten himself--, as well as a perfect place for nosy detectives to disappear.
