A Teshkavan character from an upcoming series my coauthors and I have in the pipeline.

Samek (Formerly Samuel Odessa) is the lead ship tech of the mercenary ship, Rusted Raven [?], handling all of the electronic, communication, and sheilding systems aboard. Originally a Human hailing from Halcyon iv, Sam grew up around plenty of Teshkavan. Later in life as he got more involved with the ship tech field (especially working with Tesh networks), he felt pressured into undergoing assimilation. While it was not the most necessary thing, the Teshkavan always seemed a bit uneasy with letting Humans work on their ships. A few forms, signed documents, and an entire species change, he changed his name and slipped back into his work with no one the wiser.

In years since he has moved from the commerical field to becoming a 'Privateer' under the payroll/command of Captain Tina Beckett, the Captain of the Raven.

Typically a super chill guy... just dont ask him to turn his bass music down in his little office in the bottom of the ship. That is his space, and only he and the captain have any buisness being there.
