This is Octavius, a character originally envisioned as Pierce's younger half-brother, this character has gone through a lot of changes since being made, which will be addressed when I post his redesign.

"Octavius Wells, sometimes called Otto for short, is a liger and Pierce's younger half-brother. Initially, Pierce had no knowledge of any other member of his family, but after some years living working in Intrance City, Pierce happened across Octavius homeless in the middle of the street. Otto was quick to question who Pierce was and revealed that he'd heard about him from his parents, stating that his father and their mother were pleased that he'd not contracted the same fur pigment condition as Pierce.
All Octavius knew about Pierce at the time was that he was purple and grew increasingly curious about his half-brother's whereabouts, but upon trying to find Pierce, his mother grew agitated and left, leaving Otto's working class father to fend for himself. Otto spent the next five years going between part-time jobs, but none of them offered any financial stability.

Otto's relationship with Pierce is a touchy one at best. Although Pierce does like him and actively tries to support him, Octavius tends to be somewhat incompetent and often does things without properly thinking them through, leading Pierce to be somewhat uncomfortable around him. Otto also seems to ignore his personal condition, having scruffy fur and completely avoiding shaving unlike Pierce who shaves regularly."
