This is Octavius, a character originally envisioned as Pierce's younger half-brother, this character has gone through a lot of changes since being made.

Instead of being Pierce's younger half-brother, Octavius is now a much older half-brother and has always known about Pierce's existence. Despite his parents splitting up, Octavius stayed in contact with his half-brother and mother, being happy to support both as well as his half-sister, Penny, who was born later. His life and personality have had a major upgrade, from being slovenly and incompetent to being a loving jolly giant of a man who has his life together. To line up with Pierce's new story of being born Pierce Baggar and changing to Leone after his parents split, Octavius' old surname of Wells has also been changed to Baggar.
