I wasn't originally going to make more gen 3 Bills, but I saw the pun with Breloom and I couldn't resist. So say hello to Altariabill and Billoom.

Altariabill: More caretaker-like. Will make you clothes out of clouds, and exclusively wears cloudy clothes and diapers. Yes they turn grey when used. Yes he was partially inspired by that one yellow Altaria on blusky.

Billoom: Has bad RBF (not as bad as Exbilloud but still pretty bad). Kinda tired all the time. Wears amanita pamps that may or may not have been inspired by a certain plant's. Probably can use his own spores as baby powder if needed.
