So... This render is raw with no post work, so the horse limb doesn't blend in at all. This would usually be my starting point and I'd do my post stuff from here. I'm leaving this as is as I'm trying to work out where I go from here. I had a productive period from about 1997 to 2003, and again around 2012. It's been building, but I'm feeling so insanely creative right now. And to boot, anyone who knows me knows I love a horse transformation, and it's the year of the horse! I'm still not sure where to go from here, but I feel like I want to make something proper. Something good...

I love TFs where the transformation starts at the limbs before the torso starts and then moves up to the head.
Definitely would love to see a cast of characters turning into mares.
Maybe each piece is a different character with the same affliction/curse turning them into a mare.
The only difference is how far along each character is.
