I know it has been a long time since I posted to this site, but I'm in a very shitty position right now. I need to move out of my family's home ASAP.
Hello! I'm Fuu and I currently have a GoFundMe to helping me move out of my situation. TLDR: I had to do an emergency move in 2023 due to my grandmother having been diagnosed with dementia and I was unable to continue to care for her. So I moved to my parent's home as per their suggestion. This dynamic has not been working for me, I am a disabled person and have been for my entire life. My family has refused to understand my limitations and the fact I work from home (I pay all my bills and groceries and any other expenses for myself, independently.) They have completely dismissed my disability and mental health and have since threatened to kick me out due to falling behind on cleaning my bedroom. I was given an ultimatum and if I don't meet their standards by Jan 31st, I'll be out on my ass. They had every right to be frustrated, however, it was the response to me opening up and my actively struggling for years that brought me to this point. Prior to this move I wanted independence for my family and I had previously refused their offers to living with them. I was planning on moving in 2024 to go find an apartment for myself, that obviously did not happen. Now, I'm actively trying again. I have a lot better handle on my finances now, however I am still barely scraping by. So I need help.
