I agree. I also focused on them in the image search engine. Although I think they are secondary or minor characters that don't lead anywhere else. They only lead me to silhouettes and very old caricatures that don't match up.

For a second I thought it was from the Hercules Disney show, or something Greek mythology based, with the buildings in the background, but I could be wrong

Oh yes! Sometimes I also try to focus on what appears to be a coliseum in the background. But several things appear that are houses or buildings from other cartoons. I've already made sure there are no clear clues.

I'm unsure if they're secondary characters or not but the one on the left especially, I swear there was like a badger or wombat character with a hat n coat kinda like the great detective but I may just be misremembering heavily, like the hat being like an older english beret sorta hat
