Anne Donne is a cannibal villain. She's got gold eyeshadow on, yes, but the reason it's even gold in the portrait is because she's got some sort of special sauce, much like Eirik Watt had. She got her ass beat pretty bad by the players once they were able to get themselves some weapons. Unfortunately she was responsible for the death of Imogen Wagner. Anne's outfit was largely stolen from Lady Maria of the Astral Clocktower of Bloodborne.
