Nightmares are spun from the most twisted visions of the denizens of Ashan. Horror surrounds this creature and even the bravest warriors have difficulty finding the strength to raise their swords when a nightmare attacks. The fright aura around this creature is such that its foes lose morale bonuses when it is nearby. Ardin is sentient anthropomorphic nightmare bred through the terrible experiments of his mistress Valencia. Based on the notes of the Silver Cities mages, the project turned out to be successful, for which these two were later hired by lady Carmenta. In battle, the very endurant three-meter Ardin helps Valencia with his powerful hooves, and his fright aura is capable of putting many brave warriors to flight. In cases where his mistress is wounded or tired, the infernal horse guy is able to carry her on himself for several days, which has more than once helped out Valencia, who was too keen on fighting.
