so, not used to doing backgrounds. I ended up watching some videos and practicing using brushes I haven't touched before for a project but, sadly this wasn't used. Anyways it was fun to try and I may use this style again once its more refined.

SO there isn't anymore confusion in the future this was done as part of  Lobosan projects but was not included in anything as of this moment.
