General Terms

-All sales are final. No refunds or chargebacks.

-The adoptable may not be resold for a higher price than originally purchased unless additional art or significant value has been added.

-The adoptable may be traded or gifted, but these Terms & Conditions must transfer with it.

-You must credit me as the original designer whenever the adoptable is shown, posted, or used.

Design Use & Modifications

-You may modify the adoptable for personal use, provided the design is still clearly recognizable as the original.

-You may not remove, alter, or edit the original artwork itself.

-Heavy redesigns that obscure or erase the original concept are not permitted without prior permission.

Usage Rights

-The Buyer may use the adoptable for personal character development, role-playing, writing, and storytelling.

-Commercial use is not included by default.

-If commercial use is granted, it will be outlined in a separate agreement.

-Credit to the original designer is required in all commercial uses.

Prohibited Uses

-The adoptable may not be used for hateful, discriminatory, or illegal purposes.

-NFTs, blockchain usage, or crypto-related projects are strictly prohibited.

-AI training, datasets, or machine-learning use is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement

-Failure to follow these terms may result banning from future sales, trades, or adopts.
