A cacophony of heavy breathing, loud steps, and an audibly sloshing gut could be heard from Leo's reception area. The reception there, a fox, never knew what to expect whenever those doors swung open. But she knew whoever came through those doors was only gonna get fatter the next time they visited.

The sounds of pure obesity stopped for a moment as the door opened to reveal a black and white dragon. Black, white, and fat as hell. The dragon, Piberius, looked extremely uncertain as he stepped in. Piberius wanted this, he wanted his obesity, but Piberius longed for immobility. Nothing but laying around and eating a constant stream of fatty foods while he received frequent sponge baths from a caretaker who would lift, fondle, and love his fat as much as he does. The uncertainty came from Piberius' fatphobic family. Would they even understand his desires for obesity? To make himself so fat he'd be confined to a bed and need care for his fat body? No, they wouldn't. They'd blow a gasket and put him on a strict exercise and diet regimen.

At least Dr. O'More understood he obese desires. And so did this receptionist from the looks of it. She was fixated on his tight button up shirt leaving little to the imagination for how massive his gut was. There were a few crumbs on his shirt, indicating that the dragon just ate. She could only imagine what his moobs were like when they were released from their clothing prison. His red pants fit him so perfectly, putting his wide waistline and rotund ass on display. Piberius blushed so hard as the reception addressed his presence. She got the fat dragon checked in and invited him to eat some deep fried oreos while he waited for the doctor to help him grow even fatter into his obesity.

Meet Piberius.
Created by  Lakritsa Piberius is a dragon with gluttonous desires. He wants to be so fat he's reduced to immobility. A stark contrast of how he used to be.
