This is my sixth image in a 14 image series of mine (one of the first series that is). I want to do 14 images of females, one a day for two weeks, to try and practice female form; as long as I'm doing that, I thought I might as well make reference images for each of my 12 races, as well as two other female characters.
This is also sort of cheating. The entire Mechanoid race is, obviously, machines, so there can't really be a female. They do, however, have a subclass of guardian-variant droids, the Valkyrie-class wardroids. They're modeled to look female, so it counts.
Unlike most Mechanoid, the Valkyrie have complete control over their element of Metal and Technology. This allows them to reconfigure any technology or metal in their bodies into new equipment, and alter mechanical objects in their environment to their advantage. Most alter their forearms into the large claw-cannons seen here, as they offer the most amount of metal to work with. Others will generate energy wings, which are completely useless on their own, besides being another weapon, although the Valkyrie can levitate without them.
