Exactly. I know that her character is written to be crazy due to everything that has happened in her life largely due to her condition but time, effort, and some long-term therapy could probably fix most of those issues. As to her condition there are various means of tech and magic that Batman could find that would help with at least for outward appearance even if only temporary
