the process shouldn't be complicated, as all you need to do is to put the columns on top of each other starting from number 6 (which goes on the very top) down to number 1 (which is on the very bottom) I've been using Paint.net, but its simple enough for most software to do this.

there are in total 31 frames/rows.

to animate it, once you layered all the columns into one, you can just use some Spritesheet To Gif converter, knowing that there are a total of 31 frames.

I frankly love how simple the process is, as it just equals to making the white from the drawing scans transparent, and that allows you to easily color it by pudding color under that mask, its like I just dew on a differently colored paper basically, though it still gives an awesome result.
