Opening my first YCH. The rules are simple:

The price for a simple color digitial drawing is 20 dollars, that includes any detail that the character has like the clothes, her and all that stuff.

There is an option with shading too, but that can be discussed.

You can choose any female character.
The color of the background is also up to you.
The character can be with or without clothes, again up to you.
The coils can be between a snake's tail, tentacles or a genie tail.
Once the drawing is completed, there won't be any other changes.
