LOL! I almost got a mustang.. almost. The owner was asking 7k for it but I just can't afford that right now... not to mention it was rear wheel drive and that's not as nice in the winter here.

i agree, rear wheel in snow is a real problem. I first got my mustang in the winter. It's an 03 and the wheels have never been replaced. they were so worn it was scary. im surprised i stayed on the road.... but once i got snow tires she handled beautifully. you just have to learn to watch the road and react quickly.

but it looks like a nice car, in very good shape. it is pretty slick lookin too XP have fun and be careful!!

I am glad that you got it all sorted out and are more safe on the roads now in the winter. last winter was bad for us and all along 380 through Cedar rapids there were vehicles in the ditch. I heard some horror stories and amd just too scared to even tempt anything with rear wheel at this point in my life. I like mustangs though and wouldn't mind owning one sometime in my life. However my dream is to have a Dodge Charger R/T.. this is pretty close to that dream as it is. xD Thank you so much for the compliments!!

Thankies! I have had Intrepids my entire life. My first one I just adored... it was a 95 Silver Intrepid with a 3.5 L engine, then my second was a 2002 2.7 L engine... Blue. the engine died... ;-; I have heard 2.7s have a lot of issues. Now my third one is this beautiy here. What happened to your dads car?

Nothing major at all, just wear and tear stuff. I think he has had 3 on lease and just kept getting the same car in the same colour just different models and features. He bought the last one he had on lease, wich I think it's an '04 and it drives great. Good pickup, smooth ride and pretty good on gas. I think he has the 3.5 L in it

Knowing that it's harder for me to draw right into the computer.. so hearing this makes me feel very good cause I pulled it off :DD Anatomy has and will be something I will continue to work and improve on. Nothing bugs me more then seeing art where the image is good but someone put a thumb on the wrong side.. or the legs are too short. I am a real stickler when it comes to anatomy.

I just had mine towed home a few minutes ago. Radiator fans stopped causing cooling issues. It has a ton of miles though so I bet this thing won't have the same problems.

How much is a ton? I hope I don't have any problems with this, at least for awhile. My other cars engine just.. died on me coming back from Anime Iowa. It was a sad day. Then the one before that was totaled.

250,000. Oil leaks, something on the exhaust just started leaking, its hard to get it out of and into park, and I just had to replace the radiator last year. The funny story with the radiator is that I was at midwest furfest when it started to leak and my parents had to pick me up. That is how I was forced to introduce my parents to the furry fandom. From my experience it is a great car until parts start to fail. They just start failing one after another. Everyone tells me the transmission was going to be a major problem and that is the only thing that hasn't failed. You might have better luck though. Maybe I just have bad luck with cars. I see a lot of intrepids driving around so they can last.

Ahh the one I have now only has about 122,000 miles on it. Happened at MFF? Ouch. I hope that wasn't a terrible thing as far as telling the parents. My other one died on the way back from Anime Iowa... luckily we were only ten minutes outside of Cedar Rapids and not in a different state! Cars tend to just start falling apart at a certain age if they weren't taken care of. That's the crummy thing about driving a used car. You don't know the history at all in how it was taken care of unless you bought from someone you know personally and they were the only owner. I hope everything works out for you. Being without a car really stinks!
