Another whimsicott of mine because I clearly don't have enough whimsicott in cute outfit!!

Dere the description I've came up for her:

Syvinne is a whimsicott having have gotten way too much fairy power!

She's is able to affect the reality of her surroundings with her fairy power, notably being able to size-shift herself or to affect her "target" surroundings in various way, like trapping them in some fairy dimensions, where she would look absolutely massive!

She love playing with every pokemon and human she meet, even if they wouldn't want to, not like they could stop her~

You could play a game where you try to escape from Syvinne house makeshift house... If she squish you, you lose!
