Janitor Monthy Profiles: Slash Darkclaw and Spike Toxicjaw
When inside Kanto, one of the places you’ll likely visit is the Safari Zone in Fuschia City. If you’re staying there a long time, you’ll likely bump into two of its hardest working janitors and our month’s profile janitors: Slash Darkclaw and Spike Toxicjaw!
Slash and Spike are really hard to miss: at 5’4, 512 lbs and 9’5’’, 874 lbs (respectively), the Weavile and Nidoking easily stand out in a crowd. Both are roughly the same age: 33 and 35, respectively, yet they have the experience that outstrips many veterans in our field. When asked for comment on the two’s secret, Spike laughed while picking up a bag of garbage, Slash beside him. We had asked Slash for comment, but he did not respond (“he only likes talking a lot to people he doesn’t know when working for the Professor”, Spike explained.).
“It’s easy, really. We just like our jobs, and know we have our meals and a night of relaxation and doing the things we like in our Fun Wagon waiting for us at night!”
When asked what the Fun Wagon was, the big Nidoking explained it was a big RV, one that he and Slash were living in. He offered me a room, but I had other plans and had to decline. We at Janitor Monthy will continue to report on these golden boys as their careers continue.
