Another comm, this time for a good friend of the T.A.C.

This is Charles Adams, a Post Human privateer who has too much time on his hands. Worked with one of the naval historic societies in San Francisco when the incident with the Saurians cracks off. Armed with an old M3 he got working, he's just crashed out as he clings to his buddies still clinging to the USS Pampanito.
