Since Scotiacon last year announced that the theming for this year's con was wild west, I just KNEW that was the excuse I needed to go as a coyote 😁

It's still me - just with a nice sandy complexion (courtesy of some brown envelope paper and the stubby remains of a 22 year old coloured pencil!) and a red flannel bandana in the same style as the shirt my character wore from 2010-2011 ^^.

Drawing something with traditional mediums again - ink pens and colour pencils - actually felt quite therapeutic and having seen how nice it is to look at I think I need to start doing more traditional art again. Digital is handy but there's certain styles that look better when drawn the old fashioned way
