Yeah I wore this pair specifically to Midwest Furfest this past year and the fursuit parade was crazy hard to get through D:
It really throws your balance off so your body tries to compensate by using muscles that don't normally get used XD

I made this pair as a personal project and they aren't made very well. I've had someone ask me for commissions of them before but they're just too difficult to make again myself sorry ^^;

However, I can tell you that my project started with this video ^^ That particular YouTube user has an entire book devoted to how to make those stilts :3 I used their blueprint and How-to to make my own :)

I'm sorry I don't take commissions for these, but it's not really my design to sell in the first place ^^; And I don't have the will to make another pair XD But if you decide to make a pair yourself I would love to see the end result ^^ One suggestion I would make that's not included in the blueprint would be to cover the stilt frame in foam and cover that with fur. Fur doesn't adhere well to the metal supports of the stilt ^^;

Oh MWFF...I always wanted to go to that one...heard very intricate furs there. If I dig into the stilts anatomicaly I can maybe compensat on useing the muscles that are relevant or maybe make it less of a strain on the irrelevant muscles used.

I reviewed the video and might take on the project myself, stilts do add that feral look to the finished project. Plus I bet its just nice to have.

I do understand. I will probably look into the original makers conference to talk. And when I do make the final adjustments I will be more than happy to oblige by putting them on FA. Your suggestion is made clear and will be put in mind when in construction of the stilts.

They do look really great :3 And that was really what I was hoping for, 'cause I really just wanted that digigrade look more than anything ^^

I wish you luck! The videos and the blueprints that are offered are really incredibly helpful! And yes, they are very nice to just have as an option :3 I like them mostly for taking pictures of the suit or just for that Wow! factor.

Can't wait to see them! I wanted to make sure to let you know that because that's what gave me the greatest trouble with my darned pair, having to try to get the fur to attach directly to the metal supports in the stilts was an incredible pain and I find myself having to go back and fix it sometimes because it comes undone =3=
