This was a quick little project for me. I had always wanted to make one, but I usually have other things to do.
Since it's cold out and there's little forging to be done, this was an easy task.
The seam ripper here was made from a section of old circular saw blade, the kind with out carbide teeth brazed on. It was all higher carbon steel.
This was mainly a cut and file project and most of the tools to make it were simply files.
