Another new character, also shared with  Incidental for their birthday. Mackenzie is the BPI's IT professional. Responsible for helping agents with whatever technological difficulties they may come across. A bit on the quirky side, but generally friendly and ready to help anyone in need. Has a love-hate relationship with the tech illiterate Will. She does not wear clothes by default, due to her frequently being inside the computers; as a result, this is her only reference sheet.
