Once in a blue moon, I try my hand at one of those full rendered paintings that so many fantasy artists can just bust out with seemingly no effort, and every single time, without fail, I come to the same conclusion of oh god how do I do this, this is really hard, there’s no lineart and cel shading to save me today oh shit oh fuck- and then I go back to my lineart drawings for six months.
