Not entirely the happiest ending, but considering every single thing they went through it nevertheless is a good ending for those two.
Also I noticed that Atropos’s chassis has been modified, likely to accommodate her new role as John’s caretaker, as it’s unlikely that she would need her full kit now that she’s no longer an administrator (which, considering the absolute hell spawn of a company she worked at, is a good thing).
