Personality:

Sakura is a mentality disturbed sadist. Being raised by people devoted to the Art of Assassination doesn't make life easy, though Sakura takes pride in her work as an assassin. Though what she values most, is the art of killing in itself. Any devotion to her Organization is but an excuse to practice her killing arts! Even so, her bloodlust is often reigned-in by Authority figures who do their best utilize her talents in a more productive manner.


Why does she Chase Tsubaki?

Sakura doesn't view Tsubaki as a Rival, like many things, she sees Tsubaki as an annoyance. Even when they were young, Tsubaki's struggle and quick escalation to Leadership became a reminder of how her skills outpaced Sakura's. And in the role of authority, Tsubaki punished Sakura for insubordination. Which left a divide between them.
