I posted some artwork featuring this character once, but at that time he wasn't a fully fleshed out character.
This is 81-71M Jr. A somewhat peculiar Mimic that takes the form of a chibified subway train. As a result, he has trouble activating his disguise.
In the end, he attempts to mitigate this by pretending to be a mascot, but even that doesn't always work out; he's still made out of flexible metal.
