I love those shoes! Knee-hight footwear is always so cool, and those colors look great with her fur. The rest of the outfit looks so good on her as well, and the badges on her backpack are just neat. The relaxed pose is lovely and the little colored motes behind her add so nicely to the general atmosphere. She's such a pretty kitty and this is a gorgeous pic of her! Fantastic work on this!
