This is Cyber she is Scourge's sister [ Following the story I adding Scourge into ^^] Robotink made both of them but they lived in a City and had a bad life Scourge take care of his sis thought he had his way with her and won't let any one touch her Cyber one day fell into lave in a Dragon cave that Robotink ask them to get him some of the lave for a new robot [to make its armor stonrger than a Sonic Spin attack] but she fell in holding a Dragon soul gem then a dragon soul in her image ask her and became one with her she then controls fire and the cold hurts her but even thought the Dragon is a good soul Cyber felt a want something to want yet she no idea what it is
