Here's a small personal project I've been working on in between commissions. I actually had this idea for a few years now - it must've first come to me around the release of Pokemon Scar/Vio - but never got around to actually draw it.
It's well known and accepted Minccinos are mean ticklers with their soft, fluffy fur, long, nimble tails and compulsion to dust, brush and sweep anything in sight... but after Pawmi was first revealed, I quickly became convinced they would be even better at it. Being part-Fighting type (...well, evolving into one) would translate into strength and agility necessary to pin the victim down, and those electric pads on their palms could surely deliver weak, tickly jolts just as well as they do powerful shocks!
So which one of those two is a better tickler - the chinchilla, or the marmot? Only one way to find out - and luckily I found just the correct vi- volunteer to serve as the test subject! So which on it is, Patchy? Which rodent is the better tickler?
"MMPHHH! LHMHHMHMHGHHH! PHAHAWMH! PHWMHMHHIHIHI MHMHIKLS MHOHR! HAHAHMHMHLPH! STHHHP!"
...Hm, can't understand a word. He clearly needs some more time to decide. Another fifteen minutes should do the trick.
