The fellow there is telling him "I have...MedEx..RadAway...Snack Cakes...Rat stew..."

And DOPR is imagining Metz staring horrified at a bowl of stew labelled "KWAN" with a rat-tail dangling out (haute cuisine must have a garnish, after all).
