Yeah. It's to reflect the whole "Slaneesh demons are hermaphrodites" thing. Then again, lore says that mortals only see that creepy one-boobed freak with a lobster claw form in the last moment before they're killed unless they are psykers or blanks, so it could be that we're just seeing a form more agreeable to us. Just imagine the squick that Space Wolf must be witnessing while we're safely enjoying snake titties from behind a computer screen. Snitties, as it were.
There's so much here to like.
The shiny white skin. Four arms. " Naga legs". Cute snout. Dangerous fangs. Dangerous personality type. Huge boobs. Love that hood/head shape. The gem placements. Slaanesh tends to have inclination toward promiscuous.
