When the tension is so thick, you can cut it with a knife, and a diner table seems miles long...

This is a scene from my story 'The Boy in the Woods' which was probably my biggest story to date. If I had the time, I'd turn the whole thing into a comic. One day maybe. For now, I'll settle for this beautiful scene of reality setting in for Gloria as Roscoe confesses his past to her.

Also, this was my first attempt at shading!
