Howl’s it going!!!
I’m a day late but what the heck, I tried to knock this thing out last night but once the clock hit 1AM as I was listening to 3FS playing numerous FNAF related horror games I put off finishing this until the next day while rested and of course after breakfast XD
But yes, I am now “Level 23” :D
It’s crazy how fast being 22 went by, I remember my 22nd birthday because my family and I were watching the 2nd season of Squid Game while I was shoveling cake into my mouth trying to keep an eye on the screen rather than the bits and pieces of the chocolatey goodness leaking from my muzzle and then onto the floor lmao. (Hence the inspiration for the drawing!) That was a good day!
I had a good birthday yesterday too! I hung out with my siblings around town and then played games with them and some friends, there wasn’t a party but I didn’t really want one anyways, there’s too much stuff going on at the moment reality wise to allow for one haha. Even so, I had a good time!!!
This is my first B-Day post ever, note I am not trying to invite anyone for gifts either so please don’t! I want to be more involved this year on FA relating to EVERYTHING so here is a post about my personal life that I am now being open about! I want to thank you all for being here for me, both my friends and watchers alike who have given me much more than I could ever ask for. It’s been a joy seeing how I grew up alongside my page back when I created it in 2021 (bruh, that’s RE Village era). I have met a lot of cool people, and starting off my year with my first ever furry convention the month of my Birthday is such a cool privilege! And of course getting my CCNA too all in the same month - that’s why January is the best :D
Seriously though, THANK YOU ALL for your support and kindness. I’m not the only artist who draws anthro dogs and makes comics (that describes 90% of the artists on FA I bet XD), so I can’t thank you enough for directing your attention to me out of all those people. I’ve stated this numerous times before, but again I have A LOT planned for this year so stay tuned.
Reede is caught red-pawed here in the pantry absolutely devouring his cake alone IN THE DARK before anyone could even so much as have a teeny tiny slice XD He is a dog, so whoever threw him the party I’m sure is at fault for not hiding well the delicious chocolate prism of goodness. Less it ends up being demolished by the person it’s for haha. Reede is what I like to call a “sugar demon” - he CRAVES the taste of sweet things and will sniff out any food stuffs that have sugar in it. His hunger demands it, and if he doesn’t get his sugar fix either by a drink of Dr Pepper, cookie, sweet bread, or any other means he gets very cranky and will go out of his way to drive somewhere to satisfy his sweet tooth - all 42 of them XD
So it’s no surprise when his favorite kind of cake hits his nostrils at his own party that he sneaks away undetected to wolf it down. Maybe they anticipated this, which is why they had the Polaroid at the ready for when they opened the door and temporarily blinded him with the flash of a shot being taken XD If they rushed in with more energy to catch him off guard, I’m sure the shock at being caught would’ve caused him to choke on the GIANT portion of cake he has shoved into his mouth lmao. You might ask why there are barely any crumbs lying around if he’s haphazardly eating an inherently messy food item but it’s for the simple reason that Reede’s tongue leaves no surface untouched so eventually given even more time all the evidence will be cleared away save for an empty soggy cardboard box where the giant heap of chocolate USED to be XD
Oh and the candles, he never learns his lesson and always chomps on them for the chance that they DO end up being edible haha.
This is one for the scrap book! Next time either they buy another cake if everyone wants to have some, or lock the door and keep the key on your person at all times. Then all you gotta worry about is Reede finding out who has the key and literally BEGGING them like a normal doggo with wide eyes for said key! Do not be tempted lmao.

Absolutely, I think it’s neat to see imperfections of a different media recreated in another media. Like the warmer color palette in this case looks like when some film stocks or development chemistry expire and the colors shift (personally I’ve usually seen some colors like reds and yellows standing out more when c41 film expires). It’s a great effect and adds a lot of character to your art.
