Haha wow rare front facing Noelle wow
This just started off as a pixelart doodle of drawing Noelle from the front because honestly I need to practice front facing dragons more X-X I colored it a little bit and just slopped together a background. And then memed up a bad animation for it because I am lazy and didn't want to try lol.
Not really a big fan of it, but... it's there! Might as well post it or something!
