So Krigha the Hell-ape there would actually be a really difficult match-up with Lana. He's got her beat a bit in the strength and endurance categories, but Lana's faster, more agile, and more flexible, plus his major resistances (fire and blades) aren't going to do as much against Lana's natural weapons and electricity. Even worse both of them are highly experienced infighters who are familiar with their opponents strengths and used to covering their own weaknesses. Pretty much the only way a fight between them ends without death or severe injury is if one backs off early.

Varies with the venue, in this case the company owning the Whyden Building actually files a bunch of permits and insurance stuff for people renting out the space for "Adventuring and Villainous Showdowns" so hopefully they filed it. Lana may be abusing that a bit since they don't also cover any of the surrounding buildings, but then she is a villain.
